About Brooke

After owning, scaling, and selling multiple businesses, Brooke transitioned into fractional leadership, partnering closely with founders who are navigating growth, complexity, or transition. She is known for her rare ability to hold long-term vision while simultaneously designing the practical infrastructure required to support it.

Brooke currently serves as a strategic partner and Fractional COO at Tailored Premier, a business advisory firm supporting multiple seven-figure businesses. In this role, she works alongside founders to clarify direction, restructure teams, and implement operational systems that create stability and momentum. Often, her work includes hiring and training a long-term operator to step into the role she builds, ensuring the business continues to scale well beyond her involvement.

Over the past decade, Brooke has led and supported a wide range of initiatives across brand strategy, operations, and growth. Her experience includes launching podcasts that ranked within the top five percent globally, managing international retreats that generated more than three million dollars in revenue, and designing webinar funnels responsible for over one million dollars in direct sales. Across every project, her focus remains the same: building businesses that are both strategically sound and human-centered.

Raised in Michigan and now based in Southern California, Brooke’s perspective is shaped by a deep appreciation for place, pace, and intentional living. Her love of coastal and lakeside environments informs how she approaches work, leadership, and the future projects she is quietly developing.

Brooke believes the most compelling businesses are built with clarity, restraint, and respect for the life surrounding the work. Her approach favors sustainability over urgency and long-term alignment over short-term intensity.

Alongside her advisory work, she is developing creative and lifestyle projects rooted in storytelling, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of place. When she isn’t building businesses, you’ll find her spending time with her husband, Eric, and golden retriever, Margie.

Brooke welcomes notes from people building meaningful work.
